Antelope-Travel.com online reservations system incorporates secure server technology with full 128-bit encryption to ensure that your details are completely encrypted for 100% secure transmission over the Internet.
1. Payment
You will need a valid credit card in order to confirm a reservation. Your credit card will be debited 14 working days prior to your arrival date unless you are otherwise informed and will be charged in Euros. All payments are processed locally by Antelope Travel. Your credit card statement will reflect this. Full contact details of Antelope Travel will be provided to you in your reservations confirmation email.
2. Confirmation
Confirmation of your reservation along with vouchers and instructions will be provided via email once all necessary local arrangements have been made on your behalf.
In order to finalize your booking, we require a 30% deposit (non-refundable) at the time of the booking. We will charge the balance 29 days prior to your arrival, unless otherwise stated.
Reservations made during the week will in normal circumstances to be confirmed within 72 hours. Confirmation of reservations made over weekends or public holidays, may however take slightly longer. If for any reason you do not receive notification please contact info[@]antelope-travel.com
3. Cancellations
The following cancellation policy applies on the balance amount:
- 30 days prior to arrival date: Full refund
- 29 - 21 days prior to arrival date: 30% cancellation fees apply
- 20 - 11 days prior to arrival date: 40% cancellation fees apply
- 10 - 0 days prior to arrival date: 100% cancellation fees apply
4. After Sales Service
Should the client be dissatisfied with any part of the schedule as paid for and agreed to, then the client must inform immediately the local Antelope office representative in writing. If the client and the local agent and the supplier of the service booked and paid for cannot find a solution, then a report must be written and signed by the client, local Antelope travel representative, and the supplier outlining the complaint in detail. This must be then passed to our office by fax within 24 (twenty-four) hours, and the tour operator will then contact the client directly and settle in an agreeable manner, which will be signed and agreed between the two parties accordingly.
5. Accident and Injury
The tour operator cannot be held liable for any accident or injury incurred by the client of any kind how so ever caused through any third party directly or indirectly. Such claims must be dealt with directly by the supplier of the actual service concerned.
6. Currency
All rates are quoted in Euros.
